I appreciate that the product page told me what to expect rather than promising the world. Refreshing to buy from somewhere that doesn't oversell.

Ordered, arrived when they said it would, and the instructions were written clearly enough that I didn't have to look anything up. The whole thing was straightforward, which is all I really want.

Emailed with a question and got a real answer the same day. That's the part I'd mention to anyone considering ordering — the product's good, but knowing someone will actually respond is why I'd buy again.

What I like is that the range is focused. Everything they carry seems chosen for a reason rather than thrown together. I'll be checking back as they add more.
